BEER KEGS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON TAB
We are a dry hire bar and don’t have a liquor license. Our bars legally can’t offer keg or tab services of any kind (beer, prosecco, wine or cocktails).
You must have a liquor license or permit from the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services to serve any alcohol on tap in Moab.
Events (private or public) and premises/venues can try to obtain a liquor permit to be able to serve alcohol on tap, but mobile bar units can’t obtain such a permit in the State of Utah.

With a background in event consulting, operating an event rental company and wedding consulting business in Moab for many years, we know how to put together a party responsibly and get your bar organized so there are no long waiting lines for your guests.
We work with very experienced and licensed local Moab bartenders who will provide you with the best bartending experience possible.
OWNERS/MANAGER
Ulla & Chris
All started in 2019 when Ulla - a lifelong event consultant and rental company owner and her husband Chris - a mechanic and classic car fan decided to convert a vintage burro camper to the first Moab mobile bar named “Sparkles”. In 2023 they felt in love with a brand new silver beverage trailer now named “Wunderbar” and Moab Bar Trailers got established.

Scotty
After a big road trip visiting Moab Scotty decided to make the desert his home. He still explores the area with his trusty Tacoma truck or is mountain biking, hiking and white water rafting. He is a bartender at a local brewery and since the first day has been part of our bar services team.

Twenty years ago Meghan brought her love of food and drinks to the Moab Valley. Her experience ranges from pouring beers at breweries and mixing cocktails at fine dining restaurants to being in charge of developing cocktail bar menus at some of Moab’s favorite establishments.

Shannon
Many years of both owning a restaurant and working behind the bar makes Shannon a bar specialist with lots of experience. She loves to bartend and her bright and sunny demeanor tends to endear herself to the guests. She loves to perform as a singer and guitar player.

Dominic
Newly transplanted from Alaska, the desert has mesmerized Dominic. Bartending has been part of Dom’s life since he turned 21, working craft bars, dive bars, breweries, and fine dining restaurants, including owning a fine dining fish and seafood restaurant in Alaska for 15 years.
Locally owned & open minded
We are based in Moab and are locally owned. No additional travel fees! We source our herbs, fruits and garnishes for our cocktails from local farms like Easy Bee Farm in Moab to guarantee fresh ingredients and to support our local Moab community.
We are LGBTQ friendly and open minded.

No matter if your event will take place on public or private lands, we incorporate Leave No Trace principles in each stage of your event. We assist our clients in planning responsible and sustainable bar services and help to ensure that environmental impacts are minimized so that everyone can continue to enjoy the natural beauty of Moab.

Bartenders are state certified to ensure guests enjoy themselves safely. We are familiar with all Moab locations and event venues, restrictions and permits.
